Vintage 1930s Art Deco Bird Seed Holder or Paperweight

Rare and beautiful Vintage 1930s Art Deco Glass Feeder designed to hold water or seeds inside a bird cage! Looks lovely repurposed as a paperweight! Approx 3" high x 2 1/4" at widest. Good condition: held back from very good to excellent to mint by some teeny surface scratches both inside and out (likely from a bird beak + claws, as well as previous cage), a cluster of micro nicks and what looks like a teeny chip along one edge, but it feels smooth, so it may be a manufacturing flaw, and some discoloration around rim of opening, but the piece presents well and has no visible cracks or large chips, etc.
