Vintage 1930s Aynsley Signed Doris Jones Orchard Fruit Teacup and Saucer Set

Stunning teacup and saucer set made by Aynsley in England during the 1930s. The pattern on the interior of the cup is known as the Orchard Gold pattern by artist Doris Jones. Beautiful turquoise green color. Doris worked at Aynsley between 1938-1969. Signed by the artist on the pattern and has the maker's mark on the undersides. This gorgeous set for a tea cup would be the center piece of any teacup collection or a fine china display! Condition: In good vintage condition with light wear; the gold trim is a bit faded here and there, there is a small spot of paint missing at the bottom of one of the peaches inside the cup and tiny grey, a tiny flea bit on the rim of the cup that was glazed over and gold scuffing that are hardly noticeable that are probably manufacturers imperfections.
