Vintage 1930s or 1940s velvet and Rhinestone Headband

This is an amazing vintage fascinator style headpiece. Art deco style likely from the 1930s or 1940s. It remains in exceptional condition given its age. There is one small flaw with the wire near the top of the headpiece poking through the velvet see the last photo for this.This would make a really fun and interesting headpiece for a holiday party or New Year’s outfit.
