Vintage 1939 Housecoat

Oh. This piece. This is a handmade housecoat that saw a lot over the years. The pattern for this came out in 1939 right before the start of the War. I can only imagine a housewife in it waiting to hear from her boys overseas. Not going to hide it- it has a lot of wear to see. A few rips and many stains, but the construction is solid. The rips can be repaired and you may get some of the stains out with a good soak in RetroClean. I know someone out there can give this the love it deserves. W-32”
