Vintage 1940/50s Dinky Toys No. 60w Flying Boat "Clipper III"

Toy is in fair used condition with one float plan float missing. However, I did see restoration parts for sale on *eBay* for this particular model with doing some research on it. Box is in poor condition with taped siding, water stains, creases, and general wear, see photos. Plan has scuffs and paint damage, but identification marking are mostly crisp black.
