Vintage 1940s Unica Belgium Composition Side Eye Crying Doll!

Absolutely gorgeous vintage doll from the late 40s. Made by Unica in Belgium. Composition made with wig. Wig is glued on. Has original diaper/panties. Doll has quite dark skin, with beautifully painted details. She has eyes that move from side to side when you tilt her. She also used to cry but doesn't anymore. Her legs are loose and need re stringing as you can see. Definite paint wear and spots where it has chipped away. Her fingers and toes are all in tact. Someone attached a note with tape on her back saying that she was purchased in Belgium in 1948. I have not tried to remove the tape. Hair is a bit matted. She needs some TLC but overall in nice shape! Quite large, approx. 22".
