Vintage 1946 Sterling Bracelet

This vintage bracelet is made of sterling silver and has a single notch closure (like a belt) with a little moving piece to hold down the end of the piece. The bracelet features a twisting ivy pattern on the exterior (or some kind of other 3-leaf plant) that goes all the way around. There are 4 notches which allow the bracelet to be worn at 4 different sizes. The interior of the bracelet is quite flat and smooth, and there are 4 hallmarks stamped. The first, most likely the maker, appears to be a [?]S inside a shield, which I could not identify. The remaining three are: a lion passant, 3 mushroom-like towers in a triangular shield, and a cursive letter V. According to the British Hallmark encyclopedia, they mean: the bracelet was made of sterling silver (925) in Chester, England, in the year 1946. See 2nd last picture for reference. The bracelet has a nice patina and some general wear but is in good condition overall. It is not a perfect circle or perfectly smooth.
