Fabulous woven rainbow striped full circle skirt by Jo Collins, circa 1950's. A line swing skirt with pleated waist and generously draped fabric. A true circle skirt, cut from one huge piece of material with no seams. Vibrant, colourful, thick woven cotton twill fabric. 1" Waistband with loops for belt if desired.
