Vintage 1950s Dress - White & Red Polka Dots

This is a gorgeous made in Canada vintage dress, fits size xs or s (size 5). White with red polka dots and a pleated skirt, has belt loops but the black belt pictured is NOT included. This dress is fairly sheer and is best worn with something underneath. Given the age of this dress it has some flaws/yellowing - please see photos. I have not tried anything to remove this, and I'm not sure whether or not it could be removed.
