Wonderful 1950’s crinoline in lace and satin. Good vintage condition. Measurements are approximately: Waist: 12" (unstretched - elastic waist) Hip: 23"+ Length from top waistband to bottom cuff: 24" All measurements are taken with the article of clothing laying flat.
