A bit of history:
The Bay of Fundy's tides, while strong, were not a primary reason for clipper ships to frequent the area. The ships were primarily built and used for trade routes, often involving transatlantic and even circumnavigational voyages.
The Marco Polo was launched in Saint John, New Brunswick, which is situated on the Bay of Fundy.

Please note there is a bit of damage on this piece, the golden tape is missing on the sides of the wooden base, leaving a bit of visible dried glue. Otherwise in good vintage condition with light wear and a little bit of dust inside the case. No chips or cracks, see pictures for more details.
