Sold as is. 1950’s blue velvet wiggle dress by Teena Paige. Has union tag. Partially lined in cotton, side metal zipper. Needs re-hemming, shoulder seams have been repaired. Other areas might need fixing but overall decent condition. Sold as is. Measurements (flat, not doubled): Shoulder to shoulder: 14” Pit to pit: 17” Waist: 13.5” Length (from top of shoulder seam to hem): 41.5”
