Vintage 1950s West Germany Mosaic Serving Tray Glass Irridescent Abalone Inlay

This medium sized rectangular serving tray is a unique addition to any kitchen or dining room. Made in West Germany during the 1950s , this blue and beige tray features a stunning painted and mosaic iridescent butterfly surrounded by golden leaves. The glass window and reverse painted details add a touch of kitsch to the tray. The handles make it easy to carry and serve guests. This original, handmade piece is in vintage condition and sold AS IS. Perfect for all occasions, this tray is a must-have for any collector. Condition: AS IS. Please note this piece as damaged; the butterfly is missing a spot of paint on the lower part of the left wing, the blue wooden border is missing a bit of paint, the window sits loose due to the bottom board being a bit curved and the nails are a bit rusted.
