Vintage 1950's black floral garden party dress

Perfect for a high tea or garden party! This vintage 1950's handmade black dress has an array of purple, teal, brown, sage and white flowers on the pattern with jeweled centers. It features a fully attached crinoline lining to the skirt (as shown in the last photo) providing the full , hips pockets, and a side zipper closure. I believe the fabric is cotton or natural fibres.
