Vintage 1950s tooled leather wedge sandals 25.5 cm, Elia floral hand embossed

...pinup footwear sz 9.5, Mexico made leather open toe mules A beyond-gorgeous pair of open-toe wedges, heeled sandals or mules by Elia or Elin, made in Mexico, (style?) 510, size 25 1/2. This size is roughly an EU 40 or a ladies US 9.5 according to a conversion chart. The width of the foot would be medium. I have a fairly wide foot and they pinch slightly, but lengthwise they fit well for my European size 39.5 with a touch of space to spare. It is a leather so it could possibly be stretched, even though the leather going over the bridge of the foot feels a bit stiff since these shoes look practically unworn. They have a delightfully elegant little heel and arch under the sole. The soles are leather. Perfect to create that beautifully warm southwestern pinup look. Size: the shoe is 25.5 cm long (10 inches) The heel space is quite narrow and could require a little getting used to.
