Vintage 1960 red, white & blue dress. Mod or flapper style, this has a long bodice with box pleated skirt. Made of polyester and unlined, the long sleeves end in button cuffs. Back nylon zipper and made by Empress of Dallas. The fabric has lots of stretch to it.
