Vintage 1960s BLACK & WHITE PLAID Circle Mini Skater Skirt! Small to Medium

Adorable vintage 1960s black and white circle skirt with oversized plaid pattern. Can be worn so many ways! Fabric feels like a cotton poly blend but it's handmade so there is no tag. Does up with a steel zipper. Only flaw is one small mark as shown but it's very hard to notice. Measured flat the waist is 14 inches, length is 21.5 inches
