Vintage 1960s Black Cello Straw Ladies Hat

Listing is for hat only, the dress is listed separately Looks as fabulous today as it did 50 years ago. It is 6.25 inches high, with an EXTERNAL circumference, including the brim, of 33 inches, ending with the top EXTERNAL circumference of 22 inches. The INTERNAL circumference is 21 inches, but there is some give to this. This is in Excellent Vintage Condition. The inside of this hat is pristine, lined in black.
