Unique pink mini dress with pleated bottom and fun collar with bow and buttoned sleeves. Believed to be hand made as there is no label but only a small tag marked 8. By today’s standards it would fit more like a 4. Measurements are: waist-13 in, arm -17 in pit to pit, and 36 in l from back top to bottom.
