Vintage 1960s royal blue dress with mod buttons

They don’t make ‘em like this anymore. Rich, heavy fabric as it’s a winter dress - my guess is the material is a mix of wool and nylon. Lined. Very good vintage condition save for a little hole near the shoulder - see photo. Fits like a medium.
