Vintage 1960s upthrifted skater dress

Blue flare skirt dress, vintage from 1960s in bright blue pattern. Neckline is super flattering and has scaled edge detailing. Worn only once, selling because I never reach for this anymore! Fits xs/s but the waist is very stretchy, however the skirt is short.
