Vintage 1960s/70s Charles Carroll Dress Green Blue Wave Pattern

This lovely mod dress from the 1960s or 1970s is sure to impress at your next beach party or BBQ! Lovely striped wave pattern in green and blue on a white background. The dress has a collared neck, short sleeves, and sits just above the knee. There is a narrow waist tie you can add to give it more shape. Made by Charles Carroll in Montreal. Condition: the bottom hem needs to be sewn to the desired length. There is very light staining in the pits. 2 small pulls on the back as shown in pictures. No size tag, so here are some measurements: - pit to pit 20" - sleeves 9" long from cuff to where they attach at top of shoulder - collar to hem 42.5" I do not know what material it is but I assume some kind of polyester.
