1964 Mattel Singin' Chatty Cathy, 17" Singin' Chatty Cathy has brown hair and blue eyes. Her voice works and she sings! She has her pull string and white plastic ring. The pull string works. Cathy's eyes open and close nicely. She has her eyelashes. Her fingers, toes, and body are in nice condition. Cathy has her original red Singin' Chatty dress and tap pants. The elastic on the tap pants is stretched out but the pants stay on fine. The doll is marked on her back: Singin' Chatty 1964 Mattel. The dress has a label attached. Great collectors doll!!
