Vintage 1970 Denim Overalls Sanforized childs

Vintage 1970 Denim Overalls Sanforized. These were my son's favorite pants when he was a toddler ... he is now 50. They were worn for years on a Patty Playpal doll and returned to me several years ago. These are a classic. I think they might be a size 2.
