The ring is very old One middle drop shape stone was lost and the empty place was colored The back side has stretchy design- past time people didn’t discover adjustable design of the rings ( like modern rings with adjustable size ) Fits sizes 6-7-8 So , I can say this ring is grandfather of modern adjustable sizes rings Very interesting vintage ring
