Vintage 1970's 100% wool emerald green coat

This is such a beautiful, high-quality coat with its amazing textured wool, handmade I believe. Medium size (please see the measurements on photos), Union label made in Canada, Hannah brand. I could sell it for a high price, I think, but because I made a missing button myself (!) and because there are sometimes loose wool threads, I have to let it go at a reasonable price, even though it looks like a collector's item. Used but excellent condition.
