Vintage 1970’s Artel made in Italy navy blue raffia clutch bag purse

Absolutely adorable vintage clutch This bag is done in a Rafia or straw type of material made by Artel Montreal handcrafted in Italy. A fabulous navy blue with a gold latch. Some distressing to the latch due to the age, but it does not affect how beautiful this is. And a matching navy blue fabric with one slot pocket that is missing a couple stitches on a corner. Also does not affect the purse whatsoever.
