Vintage 1970s Elen Henderson Girls Striped Dress with Peter Pan Collar

This charming vintage girls’ dress by Elen Henderson is a true treasure from the 1970s. It belonged to my cousin and passed down to me. Lovingly stored for past 30 years. Featuring timeless blue and white vertical stripes, it showcases a classic Peter Pan collar and delicate pintuck details on the bodice and hem.
