Vintage 1970s Felt belted Dress purple 70s knee pinup XS S 2 4 velvet retro belt

Rare and gorgeous vintage 1970s purple belted dress. Beautiful felt/velvety like material. Elasticized waist is covered with original matching belt. Original buttons down the front of the skirt. This is a beautiful casual or formal style with a feminine flair. Made in Canada. The size listed on the garment tag is a 12, but this is a vintage 12, so this dress fits like a modern size XS/small and is displayed on my small dress form (mannequin).
