Vintage 1970s Japanese inspired peplum dress floral boho L large 12 14 70s 80s

Gorgeous vintage late 1970s/early 80s Japanese inspired floral pleated peplum dress. Pleats are gathered into an elasticized waist. The size is not listed on the garment tag, but this dress fits my large dress form (mannequin) the best. Please see all measurements below. Excellent clean preowned vintage condition. No rips, holes, or stains.
