Vintage 1970s Knit Turtleneck Scandi Sweater Dress

From my own vintage collection. This is a rare find in the world of vintage scandi wear. Once my favourite one and done dress it features a one piece bodice and leg of mutton sleeves in a railroaded knit. Contrasting turtleneck and cuffs. Fitted through waist and gently flared at hips. Scandinavian knit pattern. Double-knit with good stretch with great shape retention. Worn very gently through the decades this piece is on exceptional condition given its age. The most critical wear has been in the label. No issues to note - no holes, stains or odour. Well cared for by myself. The fabric is super durable but I can’t quite remember what the content is … best guess is a soft knit of poly-acrylic with some cotton but can’t say for sure. It was purchased in the 70s from the high end ski shop “The Sign of the Skier” in Toronto. Tag reads 12 but a 12 was closer to an 8-10 in the 70s so please go by measurements below.
