Gorgeous vintage 1970s Leaf design blouson dress with the original attached neck tie and the original tie belt and belt loops. Collar is Peter Pan like, and the sleeves are half length with elasticized cuffs. The waist is elasticized and the tie belt is worn over it. Material is a transparent polyester lightweight chiffon and requires a slip to be worn underneath the dress. This dress is very versatile and can be worn for more casual or formal events. Excellent clean vintage condition with no rips, holes, or stains. The size is not listed on the garment tag, but this dress can be described as a modern US size small.
