Vintage 1970s Red, White, and Blue Maxi Dress With Ties This dress is amazing! No visible stains or holes that I could find - in excellent condition. Small pleats in the front bodice, and covered zipper in the back. Both cuff buttons intact and in great condition. There are long straps on the size to tie however you want, I tied them in the back with a bow as an example. No fabric or size tags, only a ripped Canada union label on the collar. Material is woven-like, sturdy and slightly stretchy, but has a sheerness to it (can be seen in photos of the inside of the dress). There is no lining.
