Vintage 1970s Sesame Street Muppets Rare Set of Six Numbered Cookie Cutters

C is for Cookie! So cute! These vintage Muppets cookie cutters will make cookies that will awe old and young alike! The cutters are from Muppets Inc. Hong Kong, for Wilton, and are made of quality plastic. They are also marked with the mold number embossed on the inside 1971, 1977, 509-2059. They are in excellent condition. Big Bird is the tallest at about 5½ inches tall and 3 3/8 inches wide. The set consists of 6 Sesame Street cutters: Ernie, Bert, Big Bird, Oscar the Grouch, The Count, and Cookie Monster. These cutters seem to be available in limited quantities and are hard to find. The cutters work best with a plain recipe sugar cookie dough or gingersnap dough that has been chilled. Use a very fine spray of non-stick cooking spray so that the dough does not stick to the inside of the cutter. Your pattern will come out bold and in great shape; ready to bake and then decorate.
