Vintage 1970s Sirena Black & Neon Floral, Strapless, Striped Midi Dress

1970s polyester strapless dress with pink neon flowers. Label: Sirena Made in USA Size of dress: Small Chest - 34”-36” the elastic isn’t as tight given the age so I would say no smaller than a 34” chest or it might slip down over time. Waist - 22”-32” Front length - 39” Condition: Good vintage condition, very time mark near the hem as pictured. The bust elastic isn’t as tight, could always be replaced for a new one, but still stays up for a 34”-36” bust!
