Vintage 1970s Tan Jay Brown Velvet Maxi Skirt Size M to L

Vintage 1970s lined maxi skirt in heavy brown velvet fabric. Side zipper and button, side slits (on both sides). ***A small frayed spot bu back waistband for some stitching has come loose (see last photos)****** Label says Tan Jay, 79% Cotton 21% Rayon, Made in Canada. No size shown but should fit size medium to large. Measures 31" around top band, 43" around hip, length is 41.5".
