Vintage 1970s US Navy SAILORS CRACKER JACK 100% Wool Jumper Uniform Shirt Chief Petty Officer Ranking Insignia with Specialty Rating Insignia  The lightning bolt and electrons of the now discontinued Electronic Warfare Technician rating 14" length below underarm   Laid flat, measures 18" wide under arms, and tapers to 16" at waist Full zipper runs down left hand side below underarm The other side was partially opened to accommodate my hips (about 5”) Two anchor buttons on each cuff  Approximate measurements while laying flat:          • Armpit to armpit about 19-1/2” • Armpit to cuff about 22” • shoulder seam to cuff about 25” • Shoulder seam to bottom hem about 22” • About 16” across front hem • Sleeve circumference about 17-1/2” at shoulder and 9-1/2” at cuff Small hole left armpit previously repaired Bought used in Baltimore Maryland in 1976
