Sedgewick - 1970s shirt with mid height pockets which indicates utility use also as the pockets are expandable. Twin needle tailoring, to make this extra durable. No condition issues definitely meant for mobility as well - fishing is my best guess but could be for any outdoors leisure activity that you’d want to have pockets to hold gear.
Usually vintage is small but this is intentionally oversized so it fits pretty true, I wear s/m 5’ 11” 150lbs and this fits good in all the right places, baggy sleeves but again this is for mobility. Only 1 tiny stain on one of the pockets which is impressive considering the intended use, this just means you can wear it guilt free. Would be easy to get out I bet too.
Nice heavy 100% cotton twill - some of the nicest tortoise shell buttons I have seen, probably celluloid. Short cut and boxy fit which is quite trendy right now, not meant to be tucked in but can.
