Vintage 1970’s blue striped dress

Gorgeous vintage 70’s blue and red striped dress. This dress features an awesome gradient effect in the stripes and red accent stripes. There is an attached belt that can be wrapped around and tied at the waist. The waist is somewhat high, almost empire. Tag says size 15/16, modern equivalent of approximately 6-8. Measurements (in inches) Bust: 36 Waist: 34 Length: 41.5 Neck: 19 Please look at the photos carefully and check measurements.
