Vintage 1970's polka dot prairie dress

Lovely Gunne inspired maxi gown in light blue lightweight cotton/poly fabric with white velvet polka dots. Has lace trim and a bateau neckline. Good vintage condition, there's a tiny tear in one of the lace panel seams (see photo). Bust is 32" and waist is 23.5"
