Vintage 1973 Sesame Street Muppets Fisher Price Play Family Doll House Hooper’s Playset, #938 By Fisher Price Large plastic and board (faux wood) doll house that opens up to four rooms, two floors Outside of house is orange on one side, green on other, with brown roof. On side there are images alike the outside of a building. On inside, walls have images of home furniture with Sesame Street characters woven in. There is an images of picture frame ms with Bert and Ernie, Big Bird and Count Front door on both sides opens. One side looks more like an apartment building, other looks like a store with the sign “Hoopers Store” House has a handle on top for transport (but does not have a side clasp that holds the sides together) Flaws from age and use (all in photos, look at photos closely): There is a large piece broken off one corner of the roof, see photos The inner edges of the walls (faux wood part) have many scuffs The Fisher Price sticker on the top of the house is stained/discoloured In the room designed to be a kitchen, on the image on the wall of the fridge there is a water mark One window on the green storefront side has small crack in the frame Crack in plastic of the roof above the bedroom General scuffing/marks on base, handle, etc Comes with 4 Muppets toy figures figurines. Two are baby Kermit the Frogs, one is a baby Gonzo (blue muppet with big nose). Gonzo is in a seated position. These three are from 1989, marked on bottom Collectors item Nostalgia Rare
