Vintage 1973 Sunshine Family Baby Sweets Dolls Mattel 3 Inch Tall

Both dolls are pre-owned and in used condition. They are very worn and stained. One of them is pinned in the back holding the outfit together. They have a lot of stains and wear on them. Please see all photos for exact dolls.  They are approximately 3" tall.
