Vintage 1976 Canada Provinces Coat of Arms Needlepoint/Crossstitch

A great piece of Canadian history. Pre-Nunavut! Has some dings as part of the character. As far as I can tell, the inscription says “Janet Xmas 1976 Designed and made by S_____”. I’m not sure about the name.
