The operating room bell, elevator and roll down door are good The outside decals are good but there is some scratches and dirt and peeled edges The upstairs decal floor has a rusted screw which attaches the lower bell.The down stairs operating room floor is damaged and a bit of the left wall decal. The other inside decals are in good shape. A bit of bubbles. The set is missing the fold-down front closure. The playset and add ons are clean and ready for play.
