Vintage 1976 Tomy Wonderful Waterfuls Game Starball W/ open box Parker

Good used vintage condition- does have some wear due to age and being in storage since the early eighties.  Please review all photos for condition.  Wear to include scuffs, scratches and fading.  Does come with original box.  This item has not been filled with water or tested since put in storage back in the early eighties.   Note- the rubber plugs are hard and discolored
