Vintage 1977 Muppets Oscar The Grouch Pop Up Toy. Oscar The Grouch hides in his garbage can on wheels. The long yellow tube connects to the garbage can which can be squeezed to make Oscar The Grouch pop up, revealing his bright green body, bright eyes and tongue. The yellow tube seems to pop out of the garbage can, but it can be placed back in. Otherwise in excellent condition. It has been lovingly stored away for decades.
