For your consideration we present a USED Vintage 1980s Cuddly Toys 15" CN Rail Oscar Mascot Plush Bear with Tags Vintage plush toy is in good condition for its age, but shows some wear some wear. This particular bear still has its original tags on it, naming it as Oscar. Be advised that the chest decal's glue is coming apart and it is approximately half peeled off (see picture; should be repairable). Also note that the tush tag has writing on it. Plushie was only available to employees of Canadian company, CN Rail, during the early 1980s. CN rail was a crown corporation at the time, and this bear is part of a line of plush bears that were offered to employees of various government jobs. What you see is what you get. Item is sold AS IS.
