Vintage 1980s hat, blue synthetic straw style (not real straw) Hat wire in brim, navy blue grosgrain ribbon trim with synthetic straw bow on one side. label inside says M'sieu Leon, Canadian Hat, Montreal Canada ***Brim is slightly crooked, not sure if it is meant to be or not, (see photos) Measures 21.5" around inside crown at brim. ***Please check head measurement, as vintage hats can fit small***
