Vintage 1980s Polka Dot Dress Size Small to Medium

Vintage 1980s shift dress. Knee length or just above. Yellow and white polka dot polyester fabric. Lined, back zipper, back center slit. There are shoulder pads which can be removed, if desired. No labels, probably handmade, should fit size small to medium. Measures 39" around bust, 39" around hip, length is 37". Fabric does not stretch. Shown on a size small model with 34" bust.
