Vintage 1980s blouse by Chagall size 12

Beautiful white with blue trim and fabric covered buttons by Chagall. A true 80s blouse in 100 % polyester that has stood the test of time. I would say this blouse is like new save for a small speck on the back of the blouse by the right shoulder blade as shown. Unlike so many 80s blouses, this one does not have shoulder pads. I reuse packaging as much as possible in order to reduce waste.
